History of my Website

I  initially set up my website as "railvids.com" about 1992, this before "Google" and "YouTube" et al.

I did it mainly to promote my videos at the time, but also ran some blogs on it (the expression "blogs" was not invented yet either for this purpose).

I was one of the early joiners on eBay, when most of the transactions were actually in CASH !!!

I quit eBay for their ridiculous charges and I also took down my website about 2004.

This June of 2022, I have re-issued the website as "railvids.ca", appropriately Canadian.

I have done this mostly to sell parts of my large holdings of model train gear, in all scales, along with books and other assorted, mostly rail related items.

I am working hard at updating the website, as well as just adding multitudes of items. I do my own coding but since I work long hours, time is difficult to come by, and coding takes time.
